I love Reaves personality and the fact that he hits everything that moves. I also love how the 4th line forecheck the shit out of everything and maintain puck possesion while we're attacking.

With that said...

Where was Reaves to set the ton vs Washington? Where was he when Florida continuously ran over Shesterkin?

Where was he tonight to seek revenge on Subban for sleefooting him? Or better yet. Where was he when Subban (most likely) injured Blais long-term?

Is he ever going to fight someone?

Gallant calling Rooney in the shootout had the Garden smacking its collective forehead. Thank god they pulled it out.

So Laf had a pretty good game or is it just that his tap in had such a high probability of being scored it skews it

The goal definitely was a good chunk of his ixGF today, but I think he had a couple of other good chances. Definitely thought he could've been a bit better overall, but I think tonight was great progress forward for both he and Kakko. Let's just hope they keep building on it because we really need them to get going

Also if it's a long term thing for Blais which it seems it will be, this might actually be the time Barron gets his chance. I don't think they do Barron if it's just a couple games, but something substantial and they may give him a look.
Considering Pajuniemi is a winger do you think he would be capable with Zibby and Kreider? Or do you feel Barron is the safe choice?

Kakko, Fox, and Panarin with Kreider a close 4th.

They do that to prevent sock accounts from hijacking poll results. It shouldn't be too long.

Welcome to the madness!
I've been a member for HfB for years, been posting for a long time. My account got banned until April, lmao.

And this site SUCKS if you don't have an account. The threads don't live-update for long periods of time, lol.

ALERT - NEW DONNIE CONTENT

If Reaves was a Ranger he would have gone after him.
Good thing he’s smart enough to not take an instigator in a close game.
I’d imagine if he did, Subban would turtle, and the devs would be on the PP.
However somebody must take his number and settle it later.
Or are you inferring that having a guy like Reaves/Goodrow/Blais has no effect on how the team plays?
Or the influence they have on the opposing team?

Pajuniemi has been picking it up the past handful of games but I think Barron's overall game is significantly ahead at the moment. Barron can also play out on the wing as well so he has some versatility.

Kakko was one of the best players on the ice tonight. Hopefully he can carry that play forward.

Hopefully Blais’ injury isn’t serious but it did not look good.

Zibanejad has been atrocious in basically every aspect of the game this season. His stats are there because of his all situation usage but man he looks horrible to the eye test. Hesitating, fumbling pucks, losing the puck Bc of poor stick handling, falling down all over the place, fanning on shots, whiffing on everything. Man he just looks horrible.

Glad Georgiev got the win but he really needs to be better. That game should’ve been won in regulation. Dude is a headcase. And his 5 hole would make Marty Biron blush.
It’s too bad he doesn’t do what Biron did when he realized his 5 hole was as big the Lincoln Tunnel and retire
