I understand holding onto Geo if there's no good offers, but if there is, why hold onto him? If Igor gets hurt, we aren't going anywhere in the playoffs. Georgiev wont win a series for us. Again, we dont know what sort of offers there are, but I really dont see the value in holding onto him.

Schneider has looked good but more human of late. He's only 20 years of age, won't be 21 until next season.

It's not a tragedy if Drury thinks a Nemeth-Braun veteran pairing is what it's needed, and I'll tell you this...

I'd rather Schneider be the next man up in case of injury than Hajek or Tinordi, who we are one badly timed injury away from seeing in an important playoff game.
Its all about depth. You need it for a run, even if its a series or two or three

I dont know... maybe I'm in the minority... I haven't been crazy about Rooney's game since the 1st month

Vatrano and Braun though have been shrewd moves.
Still have faith in him solely on the 4th line center role but if we can find an upgrade for him without paying too much That would be ok.

Namestnikov should be the final add. He or Kessel or Radulov. They'd each be dirt cheap, no more than a 4th round pick.

Trade Reunanen to get a 4th or 5th from someone else.

Maybe do something that could force McKegg out of the lineup, otherwise, this is fine. Nothing out there would push us over the top anyway that would be reasonable cost wise.

I expect we'll add a forward and that will be it. Who that forward will be remains to be seen.

It's been known that the Ducks have been after Rakell for a while now. They tried to get him and Lindholm in a package deal. Not like they just decided he's on their radar.
My point was getting a rival team on to bid against each other. Negotiation 101

We absolutely can if he can play like last night. The guy's primary need isn't Allaire, it's that app being plugged by Michael Phelps.
