Rein was PK1 the day he landed in laval last year

they had to since the options after Bisson were Mailloux, Norlinder, Trudeau, and before that when Barron was there. Poor Dobes as that is some terrible defense in front of him.

It would be such a boost to have that type of mobility and break out ability on the third pair.

He can handle the PK, Savard laying on the ice just doesn't inspire confidence so I'm hoping they sit him. If they don't want to rush Reinbacher then just put Struble back in, although I haven't seen much of him, I would find it hard to believe he is worse then Savard looks out there.

In the last 5 weeks he's only played 2 games, I'd rather him get ready for the AHL playoffs to be a big part of that instead of being thrown into the fire against a team that has been taking runs at our team all series long.

Savard won't get taken out of the lineup and Struble played well down the stretch so I think he has earned a chance to get back in the lineup - he played well with Hutson so won't be surprised if they get put back together.

Yep, he could even have an impact right off the bat, he is that smart. Part of me want him for game #5, part of me want to play it safe.

Yeah, let's see how he does in the AHL playoffs first. If he can stay healthy, he will be such a boon for us next season. If not, it will really set us back.

If we make it to the 2nd round by any miracle, maybe then, consider him to get called up. But honestly, he shouldn't play in the NHL this year.
