I agree next time it could life threatening, he has had so many injuries this year and last. He's had a knee injury, broken leg, an amputation, paraplegic, scurvy, the scarlet letter, the black plague. I mean eventually he may not be able to recover.Fingers crossed there's no more health hiccups between now and the end of the playoffs.
It sucks he missed so much time, but I'd much rather him miss the start of the season over missing the back end+a playoff run.
Gonna use AI to generate him being on the ice when he's actually in a wheelchair.
There's some rumor you were in russia signing the paper for Demidov's transfer to the NHL so how is it possible that you were at DR's funeral at the same time?Fake news, he died I was at his funeral
Funeral was last week, contract signing is this afternoon smhThere's some rumor you were in russia signing the paper for Demidov's transfer to the NHL so how is it possible that you were at DR's funeral at the same time?
DR must be hell of a player doing all that in a wheelchairI'm excited to see him tonight get in some reps before getting called up to lead the defence through the Eastern Conference finals while shutting down all those other teams top line mfers.
The scarlet letter for the win.I agree next time it could life threatening, he has had so many injuries this year and last. He's had a knee injury, broken leg, an amputation, paraplegic, scurvy, the scarlet letter, the black plague. I mean eventually he may not be able to recover.![]()
You guys can question me all you want lol. This is getting ridiculous. Think what you want. This is a player with a chronic issue.
I never said I was a doctor. I never provided a diagnosis.
And to be honest, without his medical records, no one has a clue.
What chronic issue does David Reinbacher have?
He suffers from chronic dying. He dies once a week. What chronic issue does David Reinbacher have?
Pffff.....once a week. Nice excuse Davey, toughen up kid.He suffers from chronic dying. He dies once a week.
He's our Kenny McCormickHe suffers from chronic dying. He dies once a week.
It has been reported he has Osgood-Schlatter disease, and he came to development camp with braces on both knees. We can get into a pedantic argument about the term "chronic," but I really don't care. I can just admit I was overly passionate about the situation and move on.Again, I ask, how do you know he has a "chronic issue?"

Look it up yourself like I did. It is easy to find, and many people mentioned it in this thread. He came to camp with knee braces, and he just had surgery on a knee. It's concerning no matter how you look at it. I hope he makes a full recovery and is a mainstay on our D like everyone else.Osgood-Schlatter is not a chronic condition, it's a knee issue that largely clears up after the person afflicted with it stops growing and is primarily an issue during large growth spurts.
You don't know what you're talking about, and yet you are talking about it a lot in this thread.
What is the source for him arriving at camp with knee braces on both knees and how does that prove he has some kind of chronic injury issue?
No he's our Kenny EasterdayHe's our Kenny McCormick
Threat title should be
David Reinbacher - He's dead, Jim.
do you even know what Osgood-Schlatter is? it's absolutely nothing. it probably bothered him when he was 17. you're talking about it like he's got ALS.It has been reported he has Osgood-Schlatter disease, and he came to development camp with braces on both knees. i have Osgood-Schlatter. it's like having a bruise below your knee once you're not growing anymore. you're talking out of your assLook it up yourself like I did.
