Wtf! This is not basketball.Sounds like the plan is to rest him in tomorrow's game.
I’ll be so annoyed if they play him in the NHL this year
He played a much better game tonight. I'm looking forward to watching this kid grow. He's really smooth with his outlet passes & is a good skater. He played well defensively. He has a good all round game.
Love to hear this!!I thought he looked excellent. Skated the puck up ice with confidence, he was deceptive and decisive with the puck on his stick and at the same time was killing plays without problem. Vry exciting to see him back without seemingly missing a beat.
I think he's gonna be a stud, nothing has changed in my mind. He's gonna be serving crow all over the internet in no time at all.
Until he faces off against Michkov and shows how he can shut him down, I think Reinbacher will forever be underestimated
Tonight might be a tougher task he didn't suffer the second game fall off we often see with returning playersHe took a bad penalty in that it was an obvious call, but he looked solid again, jumped up with the offense. A little late on some plays, but i genuinely expected him to look worse given the time off.
Hoping for another solid game tonight
If you want to play him less in terms of ice time, sure by all means go ahead and do that. But to allow him to miss the game when he already has missed 75% of the season is BS. What is this? Kindergarten?Out for tonight.
Probably a good decision not to overplay him at this point

The last thing we need is hockey to turn into the NBA.
Over taxing a player returning from injury is not WISE.If you want to play him less in terms of ice time, sure by all means go ahead and do that. But to allow him to miss the game when he already has missed 75% of the season is BS. What is this? Kindergarten?

Lol why are people complaining about this decision???
Because like the big team people have no patience .Tired of saying it but he is that RD that half this board wants to trade half the team for.Ya i would be cautious with him too.Lol why are people complaining about this decision???
Agreed. Barring any injury, I'm expecting this group to start the season in MTL next year.Because like the big team people have no patience .Tired of saying it but he is that RD that half this board wants to trade half the team for.Ya i would be cautious with him too.

because we are re-tar-ded.Lol why are people complaining about this decision???
Once again, if you want to ease him up put him on the 3rd pairing and decrease his ice time. I would understand that. But resting him is excessive. It's not a 3 in 3.Over taxing a player returning from injury is not WISE.
He's got another four chances at 3 in 4 nights coming down the road.
Once he's acclimatized to the AHL schedule and if we continue to sit him go ahead and beef then.
