I think they should've hooked him up to a lie detector, turned off all the lights, and shone a spotlight on him.
Then we could've grilled him about his mental health, his views on Corsi, timed his answer to various scenarios and asked us to design a bridge made out of toothpicks that can sustain up to a 5 pound weight.
In the meantime, someone needs to look into his tax filings, because he clearly doesn't know how to manage money, which is why he needed extra.

Quinn doesn't even know what his roster is going to look like in 3 months. So it's going to be hard to nail down certain specifics.
Even then, he's going to have to see how people respond to his system, where they are in development and a bunch of other factors.
