Yeah, then there would be a big issue. There was some story early from a source that said he won't re sign here because of how Krug was treated, but I can't see that as being the reason. He seems to like it here, but hey maybe it's as simple as wanting a change of scenery in a new city. still think he signs, until he doesn't.
Agent came out pretty quick saying it was total bullshit if I recall.Yeah, then there would be a big issue. Went out after game Monday with some boys to local hangout for $17.95 Flintstone sized prime rib and one of boys dropped he heard Pasta signed but not announcedHow is he terrible at “self-evaluation”? Even the most ardent Sweeney haters have admitted he’s been excellent at signing his own guys.
David Pastrnak voted NHL's best winger in ESPN survey of players, execs
Who’s the best winger in the NHL? Well, according to an ESPN survey of players and executives from around the NHL, it’s Bruins superstar David Pastrnak.www.nbcsports.com
The ranking of wingers was revealed Tuesday, and Pastrnak came in at No. 1. ESPN's Greg Wyshynski wrote that Boston's right wing "got six votes for first place and six for second place, the latter leading all players in the ranking. He appeared on every ballot."
Nikita Kucherov of the Tampa Bay Lightning ranked No. 2, Kirill Kaprizov of the Minnesota Wild ranked No. 3, Mitch Marner of the Toronto Maple Leafs ranked No. 4 and Mikko Rantanen of the Colorado Avalanche ranked No. 5. Bruins left wing Brad Marchand came in at No. 6. Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin rounded out the ranking at No. 10.
The worst possible situation for Don. Pasta just hitting it out of the park and in Hart conversation while 2nd in Richard. Contract gonna be 'spicy meatball.
When I was younger I would get upset with guys that "took the money."I agree. Frankly, if Pasta were to sign without a private confirmation from Bergie that at least he is coming back I’d question his thought process.
If Pasta were my son, I’d be urging him to wait until he knows. Feels not good writing that but it‘s the damn truth. I strongly suspect at end of the day that most here would encourage their son to do the very same.
That would make me extremely happy. I like Pasta -- he's an awesome talent and just a nice kid.Went out after game Monday with some boys to local hangout for $17.95 Flintstone sized prime rib and one of boys dropped he heard Pasta signed but not announced
Not me but my buddy let’s just say does more then just sweep a mean chimney
I wouldn't blame him for leaving, though. The team's future doesn't look particularly bright and he could go to a number of teams that have a longer window than the Bruins do.I don't know nothing, but if Pastrnak leaves I have totally misread his character. You learn from your elders. He might/should learn something from Bergeron.
Hoping we hear about this extension soon.Went out after game Monday with some boys to local hangout for $17.95 Flintstone sized prime rib and one of boys dropped he heard Pasta signed but not announced

But how will we sign bottom of the roster, pressbox, and Providence players to multi million multi year contracts?this x 1 million
If he leaves because of money it's the Bruins fault.
Rich Keefe tweeted out a video clip where he seems to take credit for scooping the trade yesterday. At the end of the clip he also hints at Pastrnak at 8 years 90 million.Take this for what it’s worth. Jimmy Stewart on 98.5 is saying 8x11.25 is done.
His “sources” have been wrong a lot though. I feel like it would be done already if that were the case though.

I don't get this "it depends on Bergeron" narrative that's gone on all year.I agree. Frankly, if Pasta were to sign without a private confirmation from Bergie that at least he is coming back I’d question his thought process.

Whoever clearly had the Caps trade yesterday an hour ahead of anyone and has a brown check mark (is that good?) said earlier today 8 at 11.25 MHe already got one pasta extension wrong so now I am thinking there’s definitely no truth to this
yellow/brown check marks are official accounts that were verified before ppl could pay for a checkmarkWhoever clearly had the Caps trade yesterday an hour ahead of anyone and has a brown check mark (is that good?) said earlier today 8 at 11.25 M
