It probably has been numerous times. Jiricek and his agent have not helped this situation over the last year

He isn't going to develop by not playing, he should be getting big MPG down in Cleveland like 3 weeks ago.

He's being held back by his poor skating and lack of strength. Those are absolutely things you can improve without playing in games.

Sure I guess so but he is a hockey player and playing hockey is kind of paramount here as he had the summer to work on those 2 items.

That's true but it was apparent during training camp that he did not work on those things over the summer like he was supposed to. So now he sits and works on them.
