Been thinking about this for a while, I think DC gets a reprieve for 15 games. Unless, Claude Julien is immediately available.

Soo... the Bruins have chocked pretty hard lately too. So I'm not sure either Julien or Hitch has an edge in that regard.

I wouldn't consider Julien to be a choker. Boston doesn't exactly have good defense. Some Bruins fans think Julien is the reason the Bruins were even in the playoff race to start with.

I would still prefer Julien over Cameron.

If we still suck under Julien, then it is probably because the players just don't work and it would then be time to start getting rid of the players that don't work.

Julien has expired in Boston, but they made horrible roster moves though. I think Julien can be the next big sens coach with our current offensive roster. If we get him, please let him choose his assistants Melynk you cheap ****.

That's pretty quick. Definitely strong feelings that Murray is stepping down, and letting the Next One decide the fate of the coaching staff.

"Julien is a class act and if the B’s opt to fire him over this, then so be it. He’ll get hired about 5 minutes later and continue to be a coach in this league- if not in Ottawa or Montreal, then somewhere. But Boston’s larger issue is- who will they bring in to replace him and will that person have much more to work with than Julien did? We’ll just have to cross that bridge when we get to it."

Please be it:naughty:

Dave Cameron "won’t play a role in the Senators’ exit meetings Monday at the Canadian Tire Centre"

You have to assume that he's 100% gone if he is not being included in player exit interviews to end the season.

I mean, I think we are all pretty much on the same unanimous page already in agreeing that he's got to go, but I can't see any hypothetical situation in which you can exclude a coach from exit interviews, and then bring him back in any capacity whatsoever the following year. This has got to be the final nail in Cameron's coffin here in Ottawa.
