According to the highlight, Zacha is not playing badly, but neither he nor his teammates are able to convert the chances they create during the game.Vrana also didn't play? Btw Zacha is completely done this season, probably even bigger disappointment then Jiricek so far lol.
True no one really shines in scoring in Boston so far this year, still he should be one of the leaders there, not having same amount of points as bottom 6 feedersAccording to the highlight, Zacha is not playing badly, but neither he nor his teammates are able to convert the chances they create during the game.
Vrana was a healthy scratch.. coach said he doesn't score enough to make up for his defensive giveaways. So we see a nice goal every third game and coach sees several lazy plays a game. You'd think with Ovie out his minutes would go up. This is, what, the 10th coach in a row that Vrana pisses off? Hope he gets out of the funk and back in. I think he will.Vrana also didn't play? Vrána and his traditional problems. No, that player will not change and anyone who expected anything else is an incorrigibly naive person.Vrana was a healthy scratch.. coach said he doesn't score enough to make up for his defensive giveaways. Zacha is fine - name all the B's forwards you think will get 40 points this season? They don't have talented forwards and are designed to win games 1-0. Pasta didn't get worse either. They just fired coach and I'm hoping a trade or two for some offensive forwards is next. Honestly, they should trade for Vrana or sign Kubalik for cheap. They'd probably do very well in the Boston system as cheap options.

That is their top 10 in scoring forwards.lol Zacha plays heavy minutes and does a lot of heavy lifting. He's not the problem. Needs more points for sure but the forwards are just not good. Marchand is aging out. This isn't like when they had a younger Marchand, Bergeron and Krejci doing all the heavy lifting. Bergeron and Krejci are replaced by Lindholm and Zacha.lol No Debrusk. Hell, Lauko has 4 points and Coyle has 5 points. Boston needs a trade badly!
I am STILL that guy that thinks it will change... just add it to my pile of mistakes.lolVrána and his traditional problems. No, that player will not change and anyone who expected anything else is an incorrigibly naive person.
He should be at least somewhere between March and Lindholm, 12-13 points with his ice time.Vrana was a healthy scratch.. coach said he doesn't score enough to make up for his defensive giveaways. Yup . He's a fabulous 2C. Does a lot right and 50 points. A 1C does that and gets 70 to 120 points IMO. If Boston got a legit 1C.. theyd be killing it right now.Vrana is a lost cause, with the right head he would be 40+ goal, PPG forward in the league. Honestly I am surprised he still plays in the NHL, would have expected him to be in Europe by now.
Zacha is overrated by czech media, he is a middle six forwad who is a 40 point player on his own. A bit unlucky at the moment plus Boston just sucks, but he is only hitting 50+ when he has the right teammates. Overall a solid NHLer though.
Him and Sale are my two fav surprises this season.Ivan 2 goals tonight, has more points then Zacha right now lol
Interesting guy, so far in almost every game where he got space and big ice time he delivered. Nice suprise so far
Definitely, I really hope Sale will get some games too this yearHim and Sale are my two fav surprises this season.
He's a great complimentary player. Feel like he's slowly cementing himself a full season in the NHL which would be tremendous. Jenik couldn't stick. Blumel couldn't stick. Klapka couldn't stick. Who had Ivan sticking?lol
I expect him to get 9 games or less at some point. Just for experience. Something I didn't think I'd be typing a year ago. But he's 19 and near .ppg in AHL... seems very promising for a cup of coffee this season. Eberle is out so that is one callup out of his way.Definitely, I really hope Sale will get some games too this year
Just a small note on what I already wrote. Even today's highlights showed that those players have chances (both Zacha and Pastrňák. Zacha, on the other hand, created an almost genius chance for Pasta, who drove himself to the goalkeeper), but their conversion is their huge problem.Oh man that Boston this year is a pain. 6 goals scored in last 5 games.
Pasta will be glad if he reaches 70 points this year. Zacha will probably have like 20 lol
LOL.. plays 2 games with Jiricek and gets himself suspended. I do maintain a Jiricek trade benefits him. I do still think he's a future NHLer.
Gudas will be our spiritual leader on the third pair. Not even joking. Slegr was like that in 2005. Czechs love their veteran.OG 30 defense: Hronek, D.Jiricek, Špaček, Svozil, Dvorak, A.Jiricek, Gudas (he will be 37-38 by that time by I believe he will still be high level, maybe in Europe already but still high level)
