I thought the same thing.. watch Jiricek get benched for Columbus playing like shit. I watched to start and the first 2 goals were really bad plays by Werenski/Provo.. they got lit up twice to start the game. Also, Caps looked damn good in that first. They were playing beautiful to be honest.

Buffalo 1 goal and Kulich of course nothing, sigh.

On the other hand Sale played, so he is not injured and picked up an assist.

Who is starting to worry me is Spacek, I expected more from him offensively after how he played at Skodas in Prague. Seems kinda invisivble so far in AHL and -5 is not good also

Svozil also not doing great in Cleveland, he is kinda not growing anywhere anymore sadly. Or its that feeling I have.

That star D from the Silver WJC might not give us a single stable NHLer lol, thats f***in depressing.

They may be developing Spacek and have him in different roles than offence. Eg. working on his defensive flaws and putting him in tough assignments? That is my guess anyways as he didn't seem due for a regression. Svozil I haven't followed. He's a year away from making noise IMO.

Sale is .ppg in AHL and he couldn't do that in OHL.lol He's clearly taken a step! Unless they are all flukey bounces of course but 5 in 5 seems very solid! Him doing well really bodes well for WJC. Zidlicky tearing it up is also very nice! Felcman doing well in a pro league. Dvorak in a pro league. Jiricek in a primo spot in WHL for his return (with a fellow Czech and top line to start). That is all very encouraging. Badinka in a pro league too. Most pro league players we will have had on our team in a long time I think?

Ivan around 18 minutes too!

Mrazek with another great performance. He may be one of the best goalies in NHL but no one knows it because of a few shit years, injuries and now being on a rebuilding team. I'd have zero issue with him and Dostal as our 1/2.

I did not see that coming at all.lol I'm a huge fan but he wasn't that amazing in OHL.. I thought for sure he was going to Junior. Scores on my Oil in exhibition and goes to AHL and seems to be sticking there. Who knows... if Seattle falls out of playoffs he may even get a look in the NHL in Spring. A cup of coffee as a teenager would be amazing progress!

Ivan Ivan demoted to AHL. I'm confused about that one and hoping it's some kind of paper move for cap reasons.

At least seems like Ivan is back, but that Vrana move, unless there is some injury I dont understand. Of course he could snap again lol, but who knows :D

Yo and I just read Pasta was beched for the 3rd period last game, didnt even knew that, that would be on top of my amazing night summary lol

Well to not be entirely depressing, Necas is a beast so far, Hertl and Chytil doing good, Dostal is amazing, and Ivan (though he was send down and then up again) is a nice suprise.
