Switzerland has three Meier's in the lineup. Coaches stupidly cut Meier nr.4 who would be an upgrade on that defense.

Yeah didnt like the defense that much outside of Johnson. Sassonens with a couple of turnovers and getting outmuscled by a smaller opponent once behind the net. Muggli without much urgency and intensity in my view. But its the first period so that doesn't say much. Also some weird deflections off those boards in that old barn. That doesn't make it any easier for them...

Very poor game from czechs so far, yet we are leading somehow, but everything must change, lines needs to be shuffeled and overall we need to switch to completely different level, otherwise this will end badly

You keep forgetting Benak plays in a 'much different' league than the CHL and is not doing enough there.

That and the Badinka comments are my fav in a long time... you gotta go to Hadamczak to find better.lol FTR.. I like how he coaches the team and do trust him.
