2 goals in junior hockey is nothing.

Momentum swings are far more prevalent in junior hockey.

If they don’t step up and play with some gumption to match the Czechia intensity or take the game over with their skill, then this one will get away from them.

The American goalie is super shaky which doesn’t help a teams confidence.

Czechs did a great job choking the life out of that game after the 3-1 goal but I don't know if they can play that way for the whole third. Also, no idea what USA is doing with Hughes, both in terms of his own health and his benefit to the team.

Genuinely feel bad for Luke Hughes here. This is a shitty situation and the coach needs to save the player from himself. Kid is clearly banged up bad.
