Well, maybe. The Wolfpack have a glut of healthy forwards right now. Cuylle coming up is as much about giving the kid a reward as it is about creating a spot for Blais in HFD. A team that’s already scratching a few forwards every game. It's 2 games(or 1)
then back to Pack
right after friday game,
nyr have off week
He'll be back in Pack lineup Sat for Syracuse
Yeah @will1066. This is probably why people here have the propensity and audacity into deriving lines THEY feel should be the lines, nearly each and every day. Maybe some here, really DO know what they are talking about? If you're reading this Gallant, thank you for making the moves we clamor for.
Kravtsov is sitting? Is that for sure?
Hope not…
He was pretty sluggish playing on the fourth line. Hopefully it’s a one off but I’m not confident this ends well. Anyhow I’ll continue to be optimistic. He Is and I just think it’s inevitable he gets dealt
All the past history. I’m afraid he bolts if not moved
I'd bank on it.Kravtsov is sitting? Is that for sure?

Kravtsov doesn’t fit this roster. Just doesn’t
Another gordie Clark special.
Understood.
But NYR have their own roster/Cap considerations too.
Blais remains on 'active' roster re Cap consumption
so Cuylle is 23rd guy and less Cap can be 'banked'
I won't complain, that NYR loses so few man-games to injury, but there are overlapping considerations affecting roster decisions
A guy to keep an eye on for me is Barbashev out of St Louis. Physical player natural center, throws the body alot and does have offense. Not exactly great on face offs but I think we know goodrow Mika Trocheck are the ones taking those important ones come playoff time.
Yup, and might extend, have some camps with his brotherA guy to keep an eye on for me is Barbashev out of St Louis. Physical player natural center, throws the body alot and does have offense. Blues also have LHD Mikkola as pending UFA, 6'4", 26, full time NHL last few seasons
I hate rental deals, (and believe in our guys) but rentals are how current biz is done

Is he the cough drop guy?Dont know much about Mikkola but he was very noticeable in the Blues playoff run last year. Walman is another younger UFA D (former Blue, current red Wing) that I'd be interested in.
No, people throw ridiculous shit at the wall and sometimes it looks like the starting lineup.Yeah @will1066. Go figure, it's certainly not me. I leave the coaching to those that have that power to do so. I may not like it, but it is what it is.
Ef coach GG!!!
huge mistake to scratch Krav, who did not get placed properly w/top talent (not correctly/often enuf per bern).
Says he is not a 4th liner, but rarely got top mins and correct usage here is:
Kreider - Trocheck - Krav
which actual comb was rarely/never seen.
Krav at pivot w/Cuylie and Gauthier at this pt is better than the scrub Lesch.
Eff Drury too if he does something stupid and undersells Krav esp for a rental.
Once and for all, bern is usually right.
Learn with the bern, don't fight it!!!
Kravtsov should stop floating around so much. He got plenty of a chance with Trocheck and Panarin and they were all shit. 6 points in 27 games—3 goals on 26 shots is par for the course. That’s not enough playing with our best set up forward. Vitali needs to bear down and play harder.
I’m not calling for us to trade him at this point but if we do I want something very good back.
