Not really worth it to get frustrated or mad at them anymore.
they are simply showing us what they are, a reasonably skilled but lazy and inconsistent team with goal tending that is unable to rise to the occasion .
This core group lack the heart and commitment to be anymore than a team that wins when the games are easy.
I suspect that we will have to do a retool on the fly in the next 2 years

Also, as usual f*** the refs. Miss an obvious high stick on Acciari in the middle of the ice but make sure to give Buffalona powerplay after they’re all ready up. They missed multiple interferences too, one of which came against I think it was JT in the dying minutes.

Keefe is a bigger issue IMO. It is embarrassing the way he coaches the game, makes personnel decisions and has absolutely ZERO clue on how to adjust in game or coach on the fly.

Giordano needs to f***ing sit. f*** his goddam pride. He can only give us 20+ minutes when he’s got energy. Season is too long and he can’t give us the ply he gave us in November/December when all the injuries happened. What’s the point of getting all these defensemen if we aren’t going to rest our players.

No one to thank tonight. Our core players were dog shit again against a far inferior team. It looked like a 'who cares' type of game from them.

If our core players do not want to play hard for Keefe every single game, it's up to them to have their captain speak to Dubas and Shanahan. Losing to bottom feeder and playoff bubble teams happens all too often IMHO.

I'd rather have a 41 year old Craig Anderson in net than the 28 year old Matt Murray. I just don't trust him any more, and I don't think our Leafs do either.

At this point, I'd trade Matthews for a top goaltender, top line right winger, and a top 4 d-man. Yes, I'm that upset once again!!!!
