I don't think the majority of the team played badly.
We had important individuals playing badly for the majority of the game. Sid in particular, but except the 3-3 goal also Kessel and Letang, and that trio ****ed the PP which was crucial.
Fleury had several good things going, but when you're culpable on one goal (the third), you cannot give up an disgusting OT 4th and escape tremendous heat.
We can add Bones and Kunitz as dogs for the majority but that is same old same old, which means that Sullivan takes some heat also.
I think Smith made several many remarkable saves and the kids plus Cullen, Horny, Fehr were very good. Don't think D was bad in this one, when measured against our norm, except for Letang who was playing like an idiot virtually throughout.
Ultimately, even if we were playing understrength and with our backup, that was a point we gave away more so than one we won. And our three longest serving players on the ice tonight were the main dogs.
