I don't believe anyone who says develop and vaccine. It makes no sense whatsoever that you have a vaccine for a mutating virus in the wild. You need to have effective treatment options period. ie. Tamiflu etc.

That's why it's going to take a long time.

I work at a travel agency that has many large clients and so far we've had one client cancel travel within the next month or so due to the virus. With that said, we've had more disruption due to the Ontario teacher's strike than the coronavirus so far. Of course that's not to say things will not change within the next few months.

This group also started after the USA strong armed Africa into obeying US laws on drug patents..

In South Korea they actually are proactively testing for people infected with corona and that’s why they have the second largest “infected” population.. it’s simply a metric of who’s testing and who’s reporting. The virus is everywhere and community spreading. The good news is.. South Korea can give a more accurate picture of the eventual death rate.. as it sits today at only 0.7% compared to the worlds death rate of 3.4%

it’s simply because South Korea actually is showing the world a “more accurate” number of how many people are infected.
