On another note, my wife's hospital has started working on bringing people in whos procedures were delayed since things have flattened out. Very important to clear some of the backlog of these procedures, which could potentially be life-saving, before re-opening and getting a 2nd wave potentially postponing it all again.

Has crime gone down? Yes. Cops aren't taking reports unless it's extremely significant/violent. Of course statistics have gone down. Domestics are probably rising as are larcenies and burglaries but sure... you're on it.

Some antibiotics have been show for whatever reason to be effective at times against viruses or show antiviral properties. Its usually an inadvertent impact they have reducing bodily inflammation. So in this case it may be true that some antibiotics (zithromax in particular) may via reducing inflammation in the lungs lower the risk of severe disease somehow.
