This isn't the first time you mis-characterized one of my posts.

Do you ever actually understand what you are replying to? Like do you even read it? Or do you just jump into sandbagging other posters?

Take a little more care next time to appreciate what you have read and the comments might make a bit more sense.
 
Not against Perry, but just so people are aware, he was bad away from McDavid (even with Draisaitl as his C).

He was best with McDavid + Draisaitl, then McDavid + RNH.

I wouldn't expect him to be putting up the same numbers and would hope he is bottom 6.
 
If you were to grab a guy like Marchand and then Perry, it's pretty decent in terms of "snot" / DNA change.

I'd think the value is likely to having him on the 4th line at 5v5 and then PP2.

I love it
He's a Bennett type of player he walks the line .
We have never had that .
The JT hit never got a penalty , even though everyone new it was on purpose .
It was the playoffs
He is always a net front presents he lives there .
He still has skill as well.

A forth line of
Jeannut Laughton Perry

Perry can slide up and down the lineup and play the PP as he does with Edmonton
 
Sign Perry, Marchand, resign Tavares, then bring Roberts and Stumpy Thomas out of retirement for some extra truculence and all the pugnacity the old folks home can handle. I hear Killer is training to come back too! Or was that from his afternoon nap?

May as well bring all the retirees in. We can call them the expendables and make a movie about the whole thing for Prime.

I can see it now, bright lights, big city Leafs. It's gonna be huge I tell ya NYC yuuuuge!
 
So glad Dubas chose Wayne Simmonds over this guy…….

Miserable guy to play against but I think he is one dimensional and I doubt he would have same impact here.

We just aren’t built the way Edmonton is nor do we have what Perry would need to be effective here.

We missed the boat on him 7 years ago when he begged to come here but Dubas and Shanahan chose to sign Simmonds.
