I’d like an explanation on the non-call on the hook on Dillon on OT. Did they just not see it? It was right in front of the official. They weren’t afraid to call penalties in OT and it prevented us from clearing and ultimately cost us the game.
I wouldn’t say it cost us the game. We were flat for 40 minutes. That cost us the game.
That said. I’ve been a huge proponent of coaches, GMs and owners calling out the league. The reffing has been atrocious for years now and they need to be put in their place.
The fact that they are more willing to give a fine 10X heftier for publicly calling out the league than for cross checking a guy in the chicklets or a headshot is evident that they don’t know where they priorities should lie.

I know Josh being out really stings but that's the kind of thing that can bring a d corps together. I thought the 5 played extremely well in his absence.

Bring in Capo!!
I agree - they can win without JoMo - especially if they get Ehlers back.
Capo or Stan are fine with me - both could surprise.

Breaking up Scheifele, PLD and KFC is the way to go will be easier if a miracle happens and Ehlers play
You cannot have all your scorers all on one line. Wihtout Ehlers on the 2nd line, you should automatically do this, to balance the lines. Totally agree with your post.

Maybe Ehlers will be back for the next game -- he's likely on concussion protocol. Should be close.

Yeah, I don't see us winning another game now unfortunately. The rest of the defensemen on this team are just not that good. We don't have a #2 d-man and I'm not even sure if we have what would be considered an average #3 d-man when compared to other NHL teams.

had they called it, we would have been on the power play and vegas wouldn't have scored that goal, so yes, it did cost us the game, we had a bad first 40 went down 3 but we over came that and forced it to overtime
