my recent experience with my rep was not a good one.i am on the pay as they play plan and when i agreed to the plan rep told me i would be charged 70.00 a ticket for the 2 home games which i have 2 tix to which he quoted me 140.00 for the 1st game and the 2nd home game that came to total of 280.00 for these 2 games.then i get a letter from bluejackets headquarters telling me that money was not there. couldn't quite get my finger on this. so i started to investigate, found out that i was being charged 110.00 a tix for these games which brought the total to 440.00 for the 2 home games.so made a call to bluejackets hq to find out why they changed the price to these games.talked to kelly there and she explained to me we didn't make the deadline for the lower priced tix.i then tried to explain to this person that this was not true that my rep and i had agreed to this pay as you play long before due date and she was wrong so she got very snippy with me over the phone. after we hung up the phone she called my rep to verify the date and found out she was totally wrong about these prices and i was right thankyou mr.rep.so what has happened was she did take the 440.00 out of the account without our permission. i just don't know what to think of this. maybe i will just have to do something else with my money from this point on i've only been buying season tix for the past 5 yrs and bought 4 season tix for this yr. maybe this just is the way they conduct their business but by no means this is the way i'm conducting mine and to this day i have not received an apology for any this. so if this happens to you in the near future don't be surprised this is why it's hard to trust anybody with access to our bank accounts.and then they wonder why people get so damn mad unbelievable.
then they charged me 20.00 for insufficient funds cause i only had the 280.00 in the account oppose to the 440.00 this just keeps getting better lol

That's pretty lame.

Hope they work this out with you.

I hope this is something they can fix, they've seemed to be understaffed for the last few weeks. My rep was a little edgy when I lastalked to her the week of Apr 1st. I just picture most of their days sitting around phone waiting for a call. Maybe having a quota to call a minimum number of "prospects" a day trying to sell tickets. Now everyone wants to talk to them and I know the phones were jammed the entire week of Tuesday, April 1 through Friday. I tried to call my rep multiple times and sent several e-mails, finally I got an operator off main phone line to put me on hold until my rep was available. She sounded kind of annoyed that I wanted her help for extra playoff tickets. However, I wanted the extras in my normal season ticket section, Section 205, so we could be all close to each other. But their website doesn't allow you to pick a section for the full playoff strips. It's too general. You choose either "sideline upper" or "behind attack twice upper" or "behind attack once" upper and then it pulls some seats it thinks are best. I wanted 205 and the closest tickets it would offer me were in 203.

Funny thing is, the Reps are finally getting a favorable ticket sales market. People are actually calling them to buy tickets and CBJ are going to their 2nd playoff series in history and I got an e-mail over the weekend that my rep ups and quits last Friday. She was my rep at least 4 years, which is probably the longest of any of my reps. It has to be a real crappy job though. Few probably stay more than a year or two.

Wow... hilarious  I picture recent college grads thinking it'll be kind of glamorous working in the professional sports world and finding it really to be a low paying sales job.

With ridiculous hours. Truly ridiculous. Also, people call and complain to them about the teams record, personnel, etc. They are just there to handle your arena experience, not manage the team. Those kids put up with a lot of crap, believe me.

I must say this regardless of encouraging visiting fans to invade our ice...

I've been to five NHL Arena's and Nationwide is by far the best... I don't think there is an Arena where you can see the ice from the concourse other than Nationwide... and have such an open air feeling in the structure.. (Columbus, Buffalo, Edmonton, Philadelphia and Chicago). And, as much crap as Doug MacLean has taken over the years he was instrumental in the design of Nationwide Arena!!!

Then, there's the Arena District just a few steps from Nationwide... One of the best districts around an Arena I've ever been to and trust me, Edmonton’s White Street and Buffalo are good...

NHL hockey in Columbus is second to none regardless of the NHL standings….

I live in Edmonton so WTF are you talking about? Edmonton's arena right now is in a ****** place & where the new one will be is nowhere near Whyte avenue & will be in kinda ****** part of town until it's built up as planned so not sure how you can say it's "good".

I was at the Rexall Center back in 2003.... it was old but fun... after we went down to White (I guess it's spelled Whyte) street on St Patrick day and had a ball.. We loved the town...

I imagine they've taken a lot of abuse from frustrated fans over the last 10-12 years or so. It would be kind of a high-stress job under the circumstances.

(That said, I've never spoken to a rep myself, personally, mostly because of my continued inability to afford (by way of money, or time in the case of the green seats) tickets and parking at any level beyond "one or two per year". :p: But that could be changing soon! :D )

anyone have one ticket for the Wednesday game?

I recommend checking Ticketmaster a couple times a day. They've had a few pop up here and there. The NHL required CBJ to hold some back for their use. If they're not needed, the CBJ release them back onto TM. Also, I believe the CBJ held some playoff tickets held back to use as a carrot to sell season tickets for next year (buy 2014-15 season tickets and you get playoff tickets for this year). So, those may be released at some point.

yeah, I was already thinking about being a partial season ticket holder for next year, but I don't know if that well has run dry already.
