He's a sub .900 goalie for 5 years... he's bad... Samsanov is bad too, but there is at least upside, was a .919 goalie last year.
Samsonov has upside but you don't know which version will show up any given night. His unpredictability makes him dangerous.
An .895 SV% veteran goalie on 25 shots? It's a little over 3 goals so you know what kind of shot suppression you need to work on and how many goals you need to score to get a point, or win a game.
