So...

Yesterday's DNVR podcast was AJ and Rudo alone....and Rudo said it was a new show and needed a name (and that no, it wouldn't be called "the AJ and Rudo show")

Both acted like nothing happened and didn't explain why AJ was there nor why the 2 other guys were missing.

Is there an official announcement about who got fired? I f***ing hate it when stuff like that happens and everyone is acting like it's not the listener's business to know what's going on.
Eric was on last night's post-game, so I think it was just the new guy that was let go. I think they're expecting AJ to appear more often on pods to replace said new guy and if you read into his tweets he's not too happy about it.

Yes it sounds like it.

That's pretty dumb that he's not happy to be on the pod again because that's where his value is. I know he likes to write but who the f*** pays to read his articles on the DNVR website? No one.

Lacroix probably works there for free. He doesn't need that money.

You need someone with some personality on a show like that to make it somewhat entertaining for anyone that's interested in watching. That's why AJ is there again.

Along with that comes some hot takes, or a personality that may rub some people the wrong way, or from the sound of it, some obnoxiousness from the guy that had that role before.

Despite it being a shitty move to fire someone before the holidays, that guy isn't doing himself any favors by letting all future employers know how he'll handle things publicly if they have to let him go too.
