Necas has been my favorite Cane to watch and is a rare talent. I'll miss watching him in OT.
Also tell me Aho has EVER looked happier LOLOLOL:

They got the better player but also are taking a bigger risk, sounds like they could have Pettersson if they wanted him:

anything interesting from the Tulsky presser?
Very high chance of ded goalies is not the recipe to make till the end. It's like space shuttle coming back with damaged heat shield.recipe of Aho and Rantanen is very high chance to make till the end
Hot take: I think Colorado got a great piece in Necas, he will be happier and more productive there, and he will love Denver.
Counter point: he has seemed to struggle under the pressure of performing during contract years, and this trade basically puts him at the start of a an 18 month contract negotiation. I think he will struggle a bit and then the internal pressure will build, then the comparisons will be made…and he will walk at the end of next year.Hot take: I think Colorado got a great piece in Necas, he will be happier and more productive there, and he will love Denver.
My guess is that it was Petterson -> Rantanen -> Miller in the cost to acquire, but Van wouldn't come down on EP.With reports that have come out, the more it feels like our interest in Miller was only as a backup plan if the Rantanen talks fell through and/or if Vancouver wouldn't trade Pettersson.
