I think it only goes to the deadline if Clowe drags it out that way. Wilson more than likely already knows what he's getting, he's just waiting for Clowe to settle on something. I have a feeling this is irritating him as much as it is irritating us because he may have other moves he wants to make but cannot until the Clowe situation is sorted.

Lesson: Stop giving out NTC like candy.

We might have to go through this with Boyle, Thornton, Marleau, Havlat, Pavs too. Yay. Looking forward to it.

I think Clowe will get dealt to the Flyers. He fits the Flyers "Broadstreet Bully" DNA and the Flyers like handing out long contracts.

I read that the prospects Calgary got for Iginla were projected to be borderline NHL players. If Iginla could only get that much, I'm not expecting much. Then again, maybe Feaster is an idiot.

What do you mean maybe?

All Feaster had to do was wait a few days to deal Iggy, when teams are more desperate towards the deadline. Maybe Iggy would've waived for a team like Vancouver, and then Feaster could've inflated Iggy's value.

Reports have indicated that Clowe would be okay just being a rental. Why would he force DW's hand to make it to a team who will give him the best contract after? He can just test free agency and get more money that way I'd assume.

Iginla picked where he was going, blocking the Bruins trade that was in place. Feaster hands were tied on that one.

Bouwmeester trade was just dumping salary for a first and some throwaways.

He's not a good GM but the ownership is basically having him clean house and cut costs.

Who is Johan Larsson? He was mentioned in a tweet on Puck Daddy as needing to get his bags packed for SJ asap with Cullen out? WTF?

Pfft, to play for the Wild. My bad. Derp
