Dvorak seems like someone who never wanted to be here. I wouldn't be surprised if he signs with Chicago this summer and has a few good years there. He's not a fit with Montreal though and I don't have much good to say about him. He hasn't dogged it as much as Dadonov I guess.

Didn't like his attitude with Tampa. And I am sure he would never accept a trade to Montreal.
 
Like most people on this board, I have never been impressed by Dvorak’s talent,compete level, lack of enthusiasm and over all ´ I look miserable in this uniform ‘ attitude, BUT !!! I expected him to level up his play this year for the simple fact that he’s playing for a new contract at the end of the season.
I don’t recall such a Debby downer ever in my 50+ years of watching this team play.
Please take him out of his misery and ship him out of town. A smelly jockstrap and a bucket of pucks would be a fair deal in exchange. It’s simply impossible to think how Beck could do worst.

Best I can say is he shouldn't be a center. He's just not dynamic enough at center. But he has some offensive tools that can be utilized from the wing.

Caufield - Suzuki - Dvo
Dach/Newhook - Newhook/Dach - Slaf
Gallagher - Evan's- Anderson
Heineman - Kapanen - Armia

Yup, he brings absolutely nothing to the table. The most vanilla player in the league. I'll be happy when he's gone.

27th overall in 2022 AND 37th overall in 2024.

The only saving grace is that bozo got top 10 protection on our 2022 first otherwise Arizona would've been picking first overall.

But we're asking him to be Philip Danault

This is a guy who was a high scoring offensive and not defensive player in junior (who obviously hasn't translated to NHL offense)
But to think he's all of a sudden out of nowhere a shutdown 3C cuz his offense didnt translate is so weird to me lol
And we're all wondering why he STINKS at the job lmao

All he was good for was face offs and he's been BLOWING it bad in key spots
He's gotta GO and fast

Evans should be 3C

And the 4th line C can be freaking Xhekaj for all I care ffs lol

He is and in fact getting 2C TOI

I can see the Junior scoring in his hands. He should be tried on the wing while he's still here. He's defnintely not a good NHL center. Just not dynamic enough. I'm glad MSL has Evans ahead of him on the C depth chart, and now finally is going to try Dvo on the wing, where he can hopefully use his skill set (decent enough hands to play with offensive players, good in the corners and in front of the net, not nearly dynamic enough to wheel around the ice as a C).

Dvorak has not been a 3C since his return from injury last year.
They started him back on 4 and he's done nothing since to gain a rung.
This guy was waiver fodder for me even before the season started.
I felt creating a space would be worth more to the team than anything he can bring in a trade.

Did all the injuries he have kill him? before being traded to Montreal he was a heck of a lot better than what he has been to date.

I looked it up. A lot of players don't want to play in Montreal and he does not look pleased,can't blame him.
