The only advantageous situations that can give Dvorak any sense of value is what he's already doing: taking face-offs and playing on the PK.
Other than that, Dvorak brings nothing else. He's the 4C on one of the worst teams in the league. The team that acquires him will simply want to add another guy who can take draws and kill penalties.
