I know Dustin Rose is a joke but is he even a real person?

He was a feature dancer/stripper for Chippendales in the late 90's. Apparently he was as graceful as Baryshnikov on stage. Only difference is Dustin's horn was hanging out during his shows.

Bump for a little update on Kieran Brown

In 14 games in the U14 league he has scored 76 goals and 44 assists for 120 points. He will still be a U14 next year, and the next highest scorer in the league has 84 points.

In the U16 league he has 20 points in 9 games

That poster mentioning MacKinnon wasn't exactly reading tea leaves or anything. Even back then MacKinnon was very well known. I remember hearing about him around that time, had read an article where some scout felt that MacKinnon would be the next Lindros. Obviously that never transpired. But yes, MacKinnon has been a well known name for years.

Isn't that the point of this thread? lol give him credit. If you were so confident, you should have posted

im not sure how the peewee tournament leagues are set but AAA is the main peewee league...did he not play in the C.

I'm not sure of the levels either despite asking many people so I checked the Atlantic teams in INT-C & INT-B and they were both peewee AAA teams.

He has played one game in U16 and one game in U14 league.

In the U14 league he has scored 6+2=8 and in U16 league 0+5=5.

Ye those stats are still inaccurate & incomplete.

last I saw was:
U14 2GP 11G 8A 19PTS
U16 1GP 0G 5A 5PTS

and those are still missing games because the stat system is just as dysfunctional as the hockey league there.

This isn't a History of Hockey thread... in fact it's the exact opposite.

I haven't read through the entire thread but I was wondering people's thoughts on who the next prodigy on defense would be? Bobby Orr being one... who qualifies as a young defender to pay attention to, that isn't simply a sleeper prospect who would eventually develop into a top blueliner?

Oliver Wahlstrom. Youngest player ever to commit to collage hockey ( Maine at age 13 ) and he has an amazing shootout goal that was on NHL.com for a while.
