It's stupid comments like yours that embarrassed oiler fans and bites you in your cocky ass. First of all calling an nhl roster shitty is laughable considering they all have pride and want to win and are in the nhl. Grow up!! Any team can kick the oilers ass on any given night and I respect all teams. Instead of insulting other teams I would be concerned how the oilers lack finish most of this year

And this is coming from kevy dude

It's not a garbage goal but watch his feets on the replay, kind of an elephant stepping on marbles

Just watched the replay and the goat is RNH. He let Palmeri go at centre. Bouchard got caught in no man’s land on top of it. Skinner looked like he was expecting a shot and was planted hence his “poor” footwork. But that goals not on Skinner. That’s on the five man unit in front of him with RNH as culprit one and Bouch as culprit two.

Stecher just described is as a pretty sleepy game. No doubt. Bunch of passengers in this one playing down to the level of the injured Islanders, a team that will clearly miss playoffs. Can't say I'm impressed with most of the team. Drai, Ekholm, Kulak playing well. Everybody else this is just a sleeper. Oilers still not showing much this far into season.

Were a sad bunch this year

im betting locker room issues. The team isn't as tight as it was last year. You can see it in the body language. You have players shrugging off goals, too many mistakes being made that are from lack of effort. Also McDavids iq dropped 40 points. Guy is trying too hard and becoming a liability by forcing stupid passes and bypassing his chances.
I wonder about that myself. But even if there isn’t some core issue, we lost a group of players and basically all of Bouchards buddies, Skinner lost his best bud and we brought in a bunch of new guys.

I think they need a couple of strong and outspoken personalities. A guy like Kane at times is probably great to have in the room.

I was saying in the off season I wanted a younger 4C, like a bonafide 4C not some tweener. But a guy with some speed and edge. We could use a little more swagger, a couple assholes. That’s a big reason people keep fawning over Kostin, he wasn’t an asshole but he ALWAYS stood up for his team and tried to make something happen, he brought energy, fans loved it and I’m sure on some level his teammates got a boost.

Bruh why are fellating these guys in the intermission?

These guys and specifically McDavid are off to a disastrous start, only at .500 in November and we're talking about their achievements? f*** off.

All of that shit means nothing if you don't win a cup and right now they're certainly not trending like a team that's gonna win it all this year.

I appreciated the comment too. I love Troy Stecher. He has been better than almost all our forwards in this game. A bunch of our forwards are missing in action. Its like they're trying not to be found in the witness protection program.
Stecher is an easy guy to root for. Smart, feisty player and his size/frame is his main limiting factor and he was bang on with that comment.

Without being cliche most of the forwards just need to dig in a bit more, especially in front.

Yeah. Ekholm, Kulak, Stecher have been some of our better forwards this season. Read that how you will. hehe

Its just ridiculous how so many of our D have been better with the puck than the forwards. Ekholm has been the most dangerous Oiler tonight aside from Drai.

"Skinner had no chance" Oh sure Debrusk. That was the slowest move across you see an NHL goalie make. Islanders have had little going and they get a goal, a post, two empty net looks. Wish we had a Sorokin.
No joke the isles must be edging toward a rebuild. I’d take soro ….
