I would say you're right but the Knicks are always on Christmas Day and despite what ESPN likes to think, the average sports fan doesn't care, even moreso made by the fact the Knicks haven't won a championship in 50 years.

Hornets lose again to the Pistons who are somehow worse than them. This franchise is ruining LaMelo and shouldn't be rewarded in the draft lottery.

How Kyrie has not been canceled yet is beyond me. Not only that, players from around the league are clamoring for their team to trade for him. Oh wait, I have my suspicions why.

Losing to the Pistons is good though, the Hornets going out on a Panthers like winning streak to ruin their draft position does nothing. And everyone knows Jordan is horrible, the Hornets are just not taken seriously because they are so historically bad no one cares about them, they're basically the Arizona Coyotes/Florida Panthers of the NBA. No one in North Carolina will pay attention to them until they regularly make the playoffs and have expectations.

Harden definitely deserves a lot of heat for how things ended in Houston and Brooklyn, but lets not pretend that the Nets are solving their locker room issues by bringing in Simmons. Remember, this guy sat out half a season and cut off all communication with his employer because he got his nose bent out of shape over the criticism of this:



The man doesn't care to develop a jump shot. He's scared to shoot, is a disaster at the free throw line (Hack-a-Ben is a legitimate winning defensive strategy when he's on the court) and melted down to the point of passing up wide open dunks down 2 late in an elimination game of the playoffs. He might be the most mentally soft player in any of the major sports right now (save maybe Antonio Brown, who is probably still dealing with concussion problems from the Burfict hit), and if he thought criticism was bad in Philly, just wait til the fans in Brooklyn get frustrated.

That's how long it took for Ben Simmons to complete destroy the Nets locker room and drive Kyrie and Durant out of town. The Nets went from Harden, Kyrie, and Durant to Simmons, Bridges, and Finney Smith is such a massive collapse.

Sixers not only improved themselves by flipping Simmons for Harden, but they absolutely destroyed their division rivals in doing so. Crazy stuff that it happened immediately.
