The game obviously changed on the red card, but United need to hold on better and their defending was awful in the second half.United need to sell everyone. I've had it
No manager in the world can make Dalot defend better. The players keep making individual errors out of nowhere game in, game out.The game obviously changed on the red card, but United need to hold on better and their defending was awful in the second half.
Both goals in the second half were the result of awful errors. First was AWB smashing a ball back at Onana to concede a corner and then Dalot completely falling asleep at the back post after that. Second was Varane just absolutely gifting the ball to Copenhagen for basically no reason at all.
Not shocked. You'll back him until he's removed and then you'll act like you never saw it.Nope.
At a certain point, if an entire squad of players keep making stupid individual errors, you gotta look at a common denominator. No manager in the world can make Dalot defend better. The players keep making individual errors out of nowhere game in, game out.
No manager in the world can make that sorry lot players play better. Not shocked. You'll back him until he's removed and then you'll act like you never saw it.
He's in 8th, got knocked out of Carabao 3-0. Lost to Copenhagen and Galatasaray (at home). Lost by a touchdown to a rival. Supported a couple domestic abusers. Hasn't really had a successful buy.
It's happened with every manager since SAF retired. At a certain point, if an entire squad of players keep making stupid individual errors, you gotta look at a common denominator.
Not that clear tbh. They're still very much in it.Clear bottom of the group in a group with Galatasaray and Copenhagen.
Just absolute clown show stuff.
Then maybe he should have bought better players? He's spent 450M.No manager in the world can make that sorry lot players play better.
Yeah, wins vs Galatasaray (United have never won in Turkey though) and Bayern, who are likely to rest players in that one since they're through and there's a chance. Not that clear tbh. They're still very much in it.
By clear I mean that they're on 3 points alone, not tied with anyone else. Not that clear tbh. They're still very much in it.
They don't even need a win against Bayern. A win against Galatasaray would leave them 2 points ahead and (at least) 2GD better so a draw against Bayern would be all that's needed unless somehow Galatasaray get a 3+ goal win at Copenhagen in the final week.Yeah, wins vs Galatasaray (United have never won in Turkey though) and Bayern, who are likely to rest players in that one since they're through and there's a chance.
To this end, 6/14 players who played today are his buys. Of the others, you have Bruno, Rashford, Garnacho, and Varane. If United fans think these players are a "sorry lot", that's news to me. So that's 10/14.Then maybe he should have bought better players? He's spent 450M.
Well the biggest issue today was the back line which is three of the players you mentioned. To this end, 6/14 players who played today are his buys. The remaining players are Maguire, AWB, McTominay, and Dalot.

I'm not remotely convinced it'll be a result. I was just making the point that if they do get a result, they're not in awful shape in the group. That's a crock of shit. Typical crap from fans of an elite club watching their team suck. He's spent half a billion.
Not sure why anyone is so convinced Galatasaray will be a result for Manchester United. They've been pretty solid.
Because they have an extremely bald, extremely fraudulent manager. Whose fault it isn't, somehow. Why people are counting out United? If they can get a result versus Galatasaray they might pull through. Especially now that Bayern are qualified for top position.
Well yeah, but that's because he bought a CB who can't handle the job physically, bought a FB he won't play, and spent 95M on someone who beats women off the pitch and can't beat defenders on the pitch.Well the biggest issue today was the back line which is three of the players you mentioned.
But yes, the overall point that his buys haven't been remotely good enough is valid.
Are you going to pretend this group of players haven't already thrown TWO managers under the buss?Because they have an extremely bald, extremely fraudulent manager. Whose fault it isn't, somehow.
Perhaps the manager should alter his tactics to compensate for that. Are you going to pretend this group of players haven't already thrown TWO managers under the buss?
Again it needs to be stressed that United are missing the two players vital to United playing out from the back, Martinez and Shaw. If isn't clear enough already, the players that are available can't execute that style.
Assuming we're not counting interim and caretaker managers, the players remaining from when Mourinho left are: Lindelof, Rashford, Martial, Dalot, Shaw, and McTominay. Are you going to pretend this group of players haven't already thrown TWO managers under the buss?

Or, idk, buy a couple backups that can play if necessary.Perhaps the manager should alter his tactics to compensate for that.
This group of players. Shite QuiteDalot is a very apt nickname right now.Assuming we're not counting interim and caretaker managers, the players remaining from when Mourinho left are: Lindelof, Rashford, Martial, Dalot, Shaw, and McTominay.
But yeah, "this group of players."
