Good trade for both teams. Flames come ahead more obviously, but Arizona did fine if there wasn't much interest or willingness to pay more.

Treliving with another awesome trade. He's great at these

Now if only he can get better at free agent signings

That's dirt cheap what the hell.

Great deal for Calgary, I really like Stone, and that gets Wideman off the map if I'm interpreting this correctly. And the Kings just solidified their lottery position by watching.

If you think Michael Stone is the difference between you and Calgary making the playoffs you gotta re-evaluate. Have some faith in your squad.

I guess they missed their chance to sell high in the offseason

Stone is not going to be the difference between the Kings or the Flames making the playoffs.

Only a 3rd????????????

Rangers should have been able to beat that offer. He would've been perfect for us. ****

Not sure why people think Stone is great. He's pretty iffy to me. I don't see what you guys see.

But he'll be a good depth guy for sure though.

He's been pretty mediocre to bad but at that price even if it doesn't pan I'm not even mad. We needed to get Wideman away from Brodie badly.
