Spector is taking any statline that makes Ford look good. Ignoring any more suspect like little passing yds, next to no Ford Rushing yds, I know for me I sure wouldn't be citing Spector as some valued source of information but..heh

Consistent on Fords part might be even approaching a 300yd passing game, a pretty basic yardstick or establishing the run RPO by taking the ball for some first downs himself when plays break down. he's been abysmal at his bread and butter this season. All season you can count about 2-3 Ford rushes where he broke contain. He was getting that in one game last season.

Last point is even on the long yds completions Ford has had seveal have been complete coverage breakdowns and guys pretty wide open. Ford has a lot to learn still and the team isn't wrong. I still want to see Ford get a couple starts just to salve others nerves. No horse in this race really. I'll take either and frankly it doesn't matter.

Proviso that one was explosive diarrhea. ;)

Yeah, I was quick to try and dispell a lot of his rhetoric last week. I just happen to agree with his opinion this week even if I don't agree on why he's landed on that opinion.

Even a broken clock can be right once in awhile.

I'll never get over this similarity. Once seen can't be unseen. Spector must have got beat up a lot.

One of the few bright spots in the last 20 years. Should have had way more than one ring, and he absolutely would've if not for Rhodes, Sunderland, Maas, and Jones 1.0 leaving.

As you all know, not an EE fan (I do want the franchise to thrive though) but huge respect to this man. He was fun to watch. I’d go to war with him.

Oh, and tomorrow…..Go Riders!

Stamps lose and miss playoffs so thats always good. Unfortunately we likely join them.

Leos really are in a tailspin. They had immense trouble getting by Calgary and game was a toss up until Leos D scored 2 TD's to put game away. Rourke just awful. Getting nothing done. I think he made one good pass all night that I saw.

I was a huge Mike Reilly fan. Got to meet him and got a Jersey signed. Love the guy, heart and soul. Old school, throwback, all that. The Reilly GC W was among my alltime favorites.

My God, Maier gives away another game. Directly responsible for 17 points against. Actually both quarterbacks were terrible.

Golden Bears cough up another one.
Back-up QB started. Massive drop off from their #1 who might be the best in Can West. That said, UBC has been a bit of a sleeping giant this season with its erratic play. Last week was a massive win for the Huskies who hung around and shutdown the Bears in the second half.

Wild year for Can West football!

Maier and Cornelius were the first two players given the second year partial guarantee of their contracts under the new compensation arrangements. Worked out well. ;)

Can they still make the playoffs? Only top 4 make it IIRC

Bears are solid team. I thought it would be UBC/Alberta 1 and 2 but didn't see Manitoba being elite. Seems a challenge for Manitoba to sustain elite seasons. Have to see how they respond to a thumping by Saskatchewan. Bears will get in I believe. But if this is a long-term injury for their QB think it will be very difficult to win Canada West. Think UBC ... ugg ... will repeat.

After a month or so of being excited again for EE football, this feels like another death march to end the season. Hopefully they can at least extend the season by another week with a win today.

NEVER say NEVER when you have a Saskatchewan Roughriders team on your bingo card. I expect a lot of empty carb passing yards by both dink and dunkers but not sure who will actually get the ball into the end zone.

By the by, have MTB and TH ever been seen together? Could swear this might be one guy moonlighting with two day jobs. lol.

A tepid ... Go Riders! Hope the Elkimos get a good Riders box-office bump but that's all!!
