People tend to forget how sports can be a truly positive factor in someone's life, in and of itself. As someone who came from a pretty modest background myself and got to get a better education (and be a better person overall) in large parts thanks to sports, I totally get how he feels.I already got a positive vibe off the guy and after learning more about him, I'm downright rooting for the guy now. Glad he's on our team :thumbu:

Well, like many clichés, it's actually true.

The discipline, humility (if you want to always get better), learning to postpone immediate gratification and the effort you have to put in order to be elite, it's something that'll always stay with you...

That success is not free, it has a price. It's not something you're untitled to...
