Why.. why would they make this trade? Why would he be sent down?! His point production hasn't been bad for an AHL rookie.
Jarmo is all about sending messages these days

Why.. why would they make this trade? Why would he be sent down?! His point production hasn't been bad for an AHL rookie.
London Knights General Manager Basil McRae announced today that the team has acquired the rights to forward Sonny Milano from the Flint Firebirds. In exchange, the Knights send a conditional 15th Round pick in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection to Flint. If Milano plays for the Knights in one regular season or playoff game the conditional pick for Flint turns into Sudbury’s 2nd round pick in 2019 and North Bay’s 4th round pick in 2016.
If Milano is sent down, does that make Werenski going there more probable?

Sure, freeing up a forward spot will work out well for bringing in a D. There is no relation.
Our AGM already said Milano is reporting back to the LEM's. Nothing to see here.
What is the forward depth like on the Crunch?
Complete speculation but this entered my mind:
Jarmo has been talking to Stevie Y about a trade for Drouin involving Milano. Steve doesn't want/need Milano on the Crunch this year and would rather see him develop on a junior team this year that making a run at the Memorial. Jarmo talks to his buddy Basil, trade for rights happens, and Jarmo comes back and says 'well if we make this trade, Sonny is going to be able to play in London for the rest of the year'.
Spitballing but something along these lines makes more sense to me than London just doing it out of the blue for no reason.
Hope you have a ladder to help you get out from the rabbit hole. haha. I like the idea, and I would be all about it. But I think Drouin has a lot more value than Sonny.

I have no idea if such a move would be realistic.
I do know that Drouin 1) Is a center/wing who has never gotten a shot at center in the pros. 2) Has racked up assists at an elite rate (top of the league) playing bottom six minutes. Some of that might regress, but his shooting percentage (3-4%) will go up as well.
We could definitely use a player like him.
I agree. Milano + what to get him? A pick? A secondary prospect? Clarkson?![]()

If so Dalton prout is their man
When Werenski was asked if he would be leaving the Wolverines midseason, he replied: “No, not at all. I haven’t even thought about what I’m going to do at the end of this year or anything like that. I want to win at Michigan. That’s my goal. I came back to win a national championship and I think we have a team to do that. That’s why I’m here.â€
Man, going by the poll in the mains you would think Provorov won the WJC Dman of the tourny or something.
Werenski and Juolevi getting blown out in a poll with Provorov, Werenski and Juolevi
