Awesome for Kole.

As for Anderson, he may even be ahead of Rychel on the depth chart. I think if there is an injury to a bottom-6 winger, he will get the call.

I think Anderson could be an ultimately replacement for Hartnell. Maybe replacement is the wrong term but I think that's where he could fit. Size, better skater but may not be as solid at finishing (to be determined). He would be a different player but I'm thinking more where the fit would be in terms of replacement. Rychel could be more similar in style I guess but I think Anderson offers significant upside with some time to learn. Hartnell's contract allows some time to learn right now.

I think that's been determined.

Seriously I thought I was an Anderson optimist. But you can't really develop touch like Hartnell's, at least not from where Anderson is. I think the better comparison is a more diligent Jason Chimera.

RE: Josh Anderson.
I've been watching Josh Anderson throughout his entire junior career, and I don't think I can add much to what you guys have said which I believe is spot on. He's a terrific skater, has size, decent hands and shot, but for whatever reason, he lacks finish. He gets a number of quality scoring chances but he fails to cash in--I always found it rather bizarre. I'm hoping that he finds a scoring touch as he develops--the sooner, the better.

The few games I saw of Josh in London was unimpressive. He seemed to take shifts offs, particularly on the back check. Some conversations with Knight fans agreed. Your thoughts?

Josh showed 100% effort with CBJ camp and last season.

The Josh that you saw in the CBJ camp is the one that I remember with the Knights. Good work ethic, will leave it all on the ice. He just needs to "light the lamp" more often! ;)

This waiting for news on Werenski's destination this season is killing me...London calling!

Jets fan coming in peace. I went to school with Kolesar although I was 2 years older. Saw him at a concert this past weekend and caught up with him. He's genuinely pumped to be drafted by Columbus and he's looking huge. Not sure where he is rated as a prospect for you all but he's a solid guy.

I don't think anyone would assume you'd be here to stir s*** :D

I've got Keegan rated relatively low in our prospect pool but that's mostly because I think his ceiling is limited to being a bottom 6 role player. That being said, I think he's got a really high chance of reaching that due to his size and playing style. It wouldn't be like forcing a skilled player with size who didn't pan out into a bottom 6 role. Keegan seems like he was made specifically to be a bottom 6 player, so I think he'll have a smooth transition. Good to know he's excited to be here :)

I look forward to the voting. At this point I'd probably have Milano a few spots lower. He's developing fine but hasn't separated himself from the lead pack yet.

And as I say every year, Anton Forsberg should be higher.

You really think so? I think Milano is our best prospect right now, followed closely by Werenski. Especially with Milano just a few lbs shy of 200lbs now I really think he's gonna excel next season in Lake Erie. 5pts in his first 10 professional games.

My top 5 looks like.

Milano
Werenski
Bjorkstrand
Rychel
Carlsson/Paliotta

Im on mobile so i wont do a list but piggybacking yours Id have Werenski ahead of Bjorkstrand, Heatherington is interchangeable with Carlsson but I like Heaterington more and I have a feeling Korpisalo and Stenlund are going to be 2 who are going to be risers as we see more of them but right now their rankings are fair.
