Alright I've said this once but I will say it again.

It really really bothers me that the Hurricanes/Checkers let Muse and Madore leave, yet continue to hold onto Peters. It is clear Peters just does not have it at this level. I'm not saying the other two guys will be saviors should they get called up, but I'd rather have them than continue to play Peters.

It's time for the Justin Peters experiment to end. Sorry bro, got nothing against you personally, but I think your time is done

*end rant.

I don't think it's unreasonable to question trainers/coaches at this point. That's injuries on relatively routine saves by 3 different goalies now in less than one full seasons worth of games.

Ward's knee last season and Ellis' slicing open his leg had zippo to do with training or coaching. Unless one can somehow train an MCL not to sprain when impacted by a full-grown man or flesh not to lacerate under a sharp steel skate blade.

If you are relying on any of those guys at the NHL level, you are screwed. Muse was terrible in both the AHL and ECHL last year. As big of a joke as Peters is, you can always get worse and I think two guys who are in the ECHL this season qualify.

If you have to rely on your 3rd goaltender at all, you've got an embarrassment of riches at that position that very few teams have.

really need to do more about goaltending. Ward's injury prone and well, it has been hashed and rehashed. over 6 mil for what exactly?

Assuming its a groin or knee who in their right mind would free us of his contract? We're stuck. Though Sekera has been great I wish we had drafted Fucale. We do need to start planning for that position post-Ward.

There is nothing to do if he's hurt during the season.. Just hope he and Khudobin can come back and soon..

Like tomorrow or the next shift.

The hyperbole is still unnecessary. Does saying "terrible NHL goaltender," which is true, somehow have less of a ring to it than "barely AHL quality goaltender," which is false?

Golf clap for the appologist

Is it safe to say there will be an AVALANCHE of goals tomorrow? Eh?

Hey, you guys, do you see what I did there?
