It's hard to find reasons to not like Luke Schenn. He's doing all the grit grind, stand tall, leadership and stability stuff and you're not at a disadvantage with turnovers, his breakouts have been simple and clean and aren't any slower than any D out there.

One guy I'm not loving is Giordano this past week. Find his little regroups to be a bit out of sync and when he's using the end wall the puck's spraying around at unpredictable angles.

Gio needs a break that's for sure .

Agreed. As I said to my buddies, the Leafs were choking but ROR knew the Heimlich Maneuver.

They were brutal at times and Tampa was all over them on the road. Now we need an A+ game on the road and go up 3-1 in the series. Do not go into that game satisfied with a split.

Leafs were dominated for much of the game and had such a tough time generating offense with Tampa's great play and yet they were able to dig down deep and grind one out and win the kind of games that they use to lose alot in the playoffs.

Great to see Samsonov bounce back and put in a great performance and keep the Leafs in until they could get a greasy OT goal.

How can you possibly want Bunting out after watching jarnkrok totally disappear against top defence assignments? Bunting back on that line will open it up more for Marner
