I think both Kuch and Stammer should be suspended for a game esp Stammer. You can’t kept throwing punches to an unexpected players. That’s a huge safety concerns.

All of those dramatics including several Tampa Bay players attacking a prone Rielly and Matthews coming dangerously close to tearing up his knee over something where Point didn't even miss a shift.
I'm most pissed about Maroon firing McCabe face first into the boards with the puck no where in sight. If that was a Leafs' player, it would have been a match penalty, a suspension and all of Leafs' reddit turning on the guy.

Our third and fourth lines are so much better equipped to play playoff hockey. The second period was ugly, overtime wasn't great but we finally preserved and won a game like this. So thank you Schenn, Acciari, Lafferty, ZAR, Holl, Knies and our latest " gud pro " some goon named Matthews. Leafs in 5 GO LEAFS GO!!!!

Glad the Leafs didn’t let that whole Rielly-Point thing sidetrack them. What an awful display of officiating and game control.

That game, especially the second and third was nearly unwatchable .. they had nothing going.

Nice simple play from Nylander ties it. Nice simple play from Rielly wins in. Pucks on net is key in these types of games.

That save on Kucherov's backhand chance was possibly a series changing stop.

I'm not convinced either Campbell or Freddy make that save under those circumstances.

That's one thing the advanced goalie stats say about Sammy, is that he's elite at stop high danger chances. In a tight playoff series you need your goalie to come up with some clutch point blank stops and he did last night against both Kucherov and Colton.

Tampa's watch party outside their arena is always hilarious. Just a bunch of 80 year old retirees watching the game in lawn chairs in a parking lot that can't get up when a goal is scored so polite clapping starts.

I’ve been to one and I wouldn’t characterize it quite that way. There were a few families and a bunch of yanks.
