Played a good game tonight. He's played really hard since sitting for a game. He has some nice chemistry with Sutter and I think Sutter having some skill on his wing is helping him too.

Stupid game with some rough goaltending. 7-5 Bears at the final. Down 3-1 after 1. Bogdan picked up a couple of assist tonight too. Vinny had a big PP goal to get us going and Snivley continues to roll.

Cristall kind of disappointing on the tying goal there.
You mean that 5-5 goal? That's kind of a weird thing to point out. It's a fly-by that happens million times in a game and it's not like he hanged his D's out to dry, they had numbers back and that was an absolutely brutal effort by the D to let the forward pass by both of them when it was a 1-on-2.

Frustrating game for him. He did score one in the 1st period but he had great chances all over the place. Breakaway (where they missed a slash), goalie with a great save on his backhand shot and a very nicely executed 2-on-1 where he had the goalie completely beat but rang it off the crossbar.

Still happy to see him get 2 points. He's 9 away from league leader Firkus despite playing 5 games less (he's also left the game early a couple of times) and his P/PG is already top of the WHL with 1.947 ahead of Firkus who is at 1.917. Hoping he makes the Canada's WJC squad.

Hershey-ites - How does Limoges look?
Good, I like his game. He's more of a play driving setup man in my assessment. I don't know that he translates well to the next level but he's a really good AHL player. Does all the right things. He's gone from nice complimentary piece to really important player when you took an assessment of the roster preseason to now. I expected to see Phillips and Lappy playing big roles but with them both in Washington it changed what I thought the lineup would look like.

ummm he basically just jumped on the ice.
and took a terrible angle through neutral, got spun out instead of pushing his man wide, and then didn't really hustle back at all to make that up.

it's one play but it wasn't a good one.

I like Sutter. Seemed like Clarke and Sutter were both gonna be busts. Clarke got hurt and Sutter took off and has played consistently. Really strong in the dot which is a huge asset. And he has played a lot of RW as well. I don’t know that he makes it to WSH unless injury recall for Dowd. I think NAK looks great at 4RW and better wheels. All that said, Sutter is a great piece to have.
