I know he needs more time in Hershey to adapt to the NA game. But, at some point I’d love to see a line with: Protas - CMM - Miro.

If he keeps progressing at this rate, I think we might see him called up by the end of the season (fingers crossed). I'm very bullish on him.

It’s like we’re watching a frog boil. We are getting younger and don’t even fully notice it:

Last year it was Fever and Protas becoming regulars. Sandin at 23 comes in. Strome comes in. Milano and NAK are come in under 27.
This year: McMichael, Malenstyn, and arguably Phillips. Lapierre, Johansen and Alexyev might not make it all year but still on radar.
Next year: Perhaps Miro and/or Leonard and/or Lapierre (with Martha out). Iorio on Dee.
25-26: Cristal, Sudz. Chesly potential on Dee. Others that push a year. Backstrom, Oshie, Kuzy, and Dowd all up on contracts.

We are getting younger and quicker while still maintaining a veteran presence. It’s a good on the fly re-tool.
