Iorio looked great at the Canada Summer camps. I think he has a lot of potential IMO.Bogdan probably has the most potentially game breaking talent left. Leason right around his tier as well. Then some guys like AJF and Malenstyn who project as safe 4th liners. None of the D left are very exciting prospects. Most are going to be lucky to stick as 3rd pairing guys including our first two picks this year.
I think you’re pretty universally overrating those forward prospects. Trineyev is intriguing, but very much a project player still that may never be able to translate his offensive play to the top levels of professional hockey. His offensive numbers (or lack thereof) in the VHL are excusable for being a teenager on a low scoring men’s team, but it’s not like he was lapping the field in the MHL against his peers.Bogdan probably has the most potentially game breaking talent left.
