Looks like WSH, PIT, and PHI will be in the same division.

Who wants to bet they'll keep these after Rona's gone?

Why not? It saves money, it's regional, and it guarantees some Canadian teams in the playoffs.

I hope you're right but its a lot of travel for the Canadian teams, not to mention time zones are different.

If they do consider keeping it I wonder what the do with Seattle next season... if only someone would move to Quebec City.

They should do top 3 from each division and then the next 2 best winning percentages to get the top 8 teams for each side.

If the schedule is entirely inter division then crossing over thru the divisions for a better points percentage doesnt seem fair. What am I missing?

Meanwhile, shouldnt Ov have 20 goals by now?

Good point.

It just seems that they’ve created two strong divisions and two weaker ones.

It's going to be a bloodbath. Whoever falters at the start is going to have a really hard time making up ground. You could make an argument that all eight of these teams are playoff contenders.

That depends entirely on what happens to the others. The Islanders are going to have to sack up quick. The Devils are looking at a first pick in the draft. They are going to be road kill

I think the Devils will be better this year but they still seem to be the weakest link... who on that team is going to score besides Palmieri?

My goodness is that central division pathetic outside of TB and CAR.

East Coast Division is going to be a bloodbath

Brutal division..one of those where not avoiding a long slow start is a season killer.
