I so love this branding (don't actually care for the 50th logo itself, but the rest is retro-great). I really want new unis to go with it all.

I’m down with that! The black ones (which Caps were wearing when OV scored 802) are retired. Last year we retired the blue W jerseys. So we need a new one. But you are going to get a 50th anniversary logo patch on it!

Mathieu Darche (Tampa Bay AGM/Dir of Hockey Ops), Paul Krepelka (Florida VP of Hockey Ops), and Mark Hunter (London Knights, former Toronto AGM, Dale's brother) are some of the names that are being tossed out there for Edmonton's GM search (or Columbus' GM search before they snatched Waddell). Ryan Martin (NYR AGM/Harford GM) is another name worth considering.
