Carlson should just change benches. What the f#ck was that?
 
They really need to be better at entering the zone with control. Their best chances come when they skate the puck in. Don’t think they’re fast enough any more to effectively dump and chase all game.

Yeah, really hard to have considerable confidence in a team with such precious little consistent puck control.

Who cares if you don't have a balanced PP2 when the first unit gets all the time anyway? And if you make the change then the PP probably clicks at such a high rate you won't even need a PP2.

It's one thing I've never understood with their PP setup. I get Ovi is the GOAT cannon, but like he's also an incredible passer. Set someone up across the boards who can pump shots and he'll be opened up to lob howitzers.
 
Our dee has been much more decisive and fast about passing out of the zone (versus skating). Making for a much faster transition!
