Below average.
The guy who's scored more than 66 points twice in his 7 year career? What a stud
Good luck beating that. Tough to get a lot in a trade when a player's own GM doesn't find him particularly valuable. That's about as good an offer as they can make and that is incredibly underwhelming
It’s below average, you just think it’s average because of his size. It's average, you just think it needs to be above average because of his size
Miller is a 220 pound mean cuss. Different player profiles.I mean, JT Miller had a career best 56 points at the same age, so…
Lekkerimaki and 15 oa.
If Van is trading their 2026 first it would be for a player who fits their profile of need a lot more than Rossi.Garland and a top 12 protected 2026 1st.
Like I said, he's a good young player, but what are his stats going to look like when his wingers aren't Kaprizov, Boldy and Zuccarrello?
If guerin doesn’t like Rossi because of imagined softness he would hate Pettersson for his very real softnessRossi + Ohgren + 1st for FPetey and we go get beers?
He's a much better player than Zuccarello.
He played just 34 games with Kaprizov and in the games without him he still paced for 56, including a bad March where he was dealing with an injury.
I guess I'm mostly curious why you'd trade for a top six center and not play him with top six wingers?
I wonder what Pettersson's numbers would be like if he only played with third liners.
JT Miller wasnt a top 5-10 paid player being spoonfed first line minutesI mean, JT Miller had a career best 56 points at the same age, so…
Chytil is a stiff wind away from permanent ltir. He has close to zero value and way too much riskWould Min want Chytil in a package or prefer not? 1st, Chytil, Mynio (or Lek if necessary).
Edit, or may interest in Raty?
Fans of Matthews love to say how he's on a similar goal pace as Ovi. But the thing is pace doesnt mean much when you miss so many games.Only due to health - otherwise, per 82, starting from his rookie season, his numbers would be as follows;
77 points, 80 points, 67 points, 70 points, 105 points, 89 points, 58 points.
Yes, health is not guaranteed, but at the same time this is obviously a player that is better than a 66 point player lmao, his career ppg average is 0.97 which equates to a 80 point pace/82 games, all the while being elite defensively.
Also 66 points is such a weird cut off, try to make it less obvious that you're trying to push a narrative next time.
No one knows. The Wild fans on this board seem to think Guerin is an alcoholic, sociopathic moron. So even if he pulls off a good hockey trade here, or a futures trade that pans out, they'll just say he got luckySo is Guerin looking to move on from for the sake of cap space (so picks) or is he actually trying to get legit players back?
Have you seen the wingers Pettersson has had to carry around in his career?JT Miller wasnt a top 5-10 paid player being spoonfed first line minutes
Sure. There’s a non-zero chance it’s blown up in the next year. That would be a fun first to have. We already have Buium, Faber and Jiricek, but I could find a spot for DupontGarland and 1st in 2027.

EP40 aint gettting traded for 5'9 RossiEP40 and Kaprizov on a line? Ooooof
Here’s the odd thing, Rossi actually scores all his goals in a dirty areas of the netIf guerin doesn’t like Rossi because of imagined softness he would hate Pettersson for his very real softness
