Savard is playing in our top pairing, and they will definitely not have Hutson play that kind of role in his first game. So pairing Savard and Hutson doesn't work.

Guhle is probably gonna play the last 2 games.

This isn't about being ready (to play in the NHL). The sole purpose of the exercise is to burn a year off his ELC. What he does or doesn't do in the game(s) he play is pretty much irrelevant.
