I don't watch Bruins games in Montreal. It's not enjoyable at all.

But to be honest, I have only watched a couple Bruins games this year. It just isn't entertaining. I hope they bring in a player worth watching, but I have lost hope in that when the Boychuk trade wasn't to free up space for such a move.

App sends me score updates but these losses weren't at all surprising.

Instead of the Bruins.... watch Colorado! Man are you a fan or not!

Dude you're totally missing my point

Yeah your point is that we need guys with heart, I get it.

But some of this is just misremembering. At least with half that crew.

Horton played with literally no heart/passion/etc during the regular season. It was pitiful. He will be immortalized for a couple good/great playoff runs but lets not act like he was anything besides infuriating during the regular season.

And the other guy quit on this team haha. Literally.

Ference and Boychuk are great character guys and I wish we had more people with their passion/drive, but Ference was let go of for a reason. If we trade Kelly/Paille/Campbell like everyone wants, people will cry for the same thing

Don't worry, our genious coach will find a solution tombeat habs, be patient please, i know he done nothing in playoffs lost, absolutly nothing and he still think what to do in first 2 games against habs, but in about 6-7 years he will try a first line change and in 3 years he will give koko a 2 minutes game with campbell and caron

Just a hypothetical at this point, as of course this team could still at least make the Playoffs. But hypothetically, if they miss the Playoffs, how much different do you think the team will look next Season?

This team will look different before the season ends and if nothing happens like you say, changes will still be coming.

You can't just throw Chia under the bus. Let's wait a bit. Season is long.

But man hope he knows what he is doing though!

JB isn't replace.
Who said 47 was better than 79?

46 missing is important!

Asking 37 to be a defence and to score goal won't work!

Add grit now! Don't wait! this team is soft -- to soft! After 17, 37 is your most physical player! Nonsense!

I'll wait till tomorrow. Habs win 5-1 is to much! Jeez I hate them! Now I ll have to hear how they are good, beautiful, perfect and all these bul**** everywhere in the province.

this guy is my favourite poster of all time, legitimately

I don't see how they can miss the playoffs. Even with this deleted lineup, they would make it. The East is baaaaaaaad.

I called Dale Weise having a monster game and bullying the Bruins, and he did. The two worst fighters on the team stepped up and proceeded to get their head punched in while Lucic pulled a Subban on Subban. There's absolutely no excuse not to drop the gloves there, when the other teams number 1 d-man is in your face like that, you feed him. I'm not sure what's going on with this team and why they are all of a sudden the biggest bunch of goofs.

"those sissy, diving, soft" Habs beat the Bruins all over the ice, on the scoreboard and physically, and they have been doing it for a while now. What I wouldn't give to have a few guys who aren't "too good" to scrap. Give me a Luke Gazdic, a Ryan Reaves a Patrick Bordeleau any day of the week. Those guys no bull**** dudes that would press the issue and make you eat your lunch.

To those saying "The Bruins won't be soft"... Hate to say I told you so, but well...

Character? Heart? It's not that which this team lacks. It's actual skill. This roster is a joke. There are literally zero guys on this team that have any skill. They're all second tier grinders.

You know why they play the cycle game? Because not one ****ing guy on this team can actually score a goal using their skating and shot making ability. They are bereft of any skill, and no amount of heart or character is going to right that ship.

They don't have anything. Zero sense of identity.

They don't want to be a tough team anymore, they want to be a skill team.

Only problem is they don't have the skill guys to be a skill team.

But they can't fall back on being the tough team cause too many are gone so they don't know what they are anymore and just go through the motions.

Im sure no one is blaming Rask for our struggles.
Our #1 d and #1 c is out not to mention #55 and we shoot the puck like 10 yr old girls - not to disrespect 10 yr old girls but.
Cam Neely must be ready to put a gun in his mouth. The B's are the softest team in the hockey world.
I am sure they would be manhandled in the Swiss league.
I have been a B's fan since 1963 and can't recall a team as inept and soft as this one.
I don't usually call out the GM but now we have 4 more years of Claude Juliens terrible system.
When TML and the Habs beat you like a red headed stepchild its time for changes even with all the young guys in the lineup, just please DO NOT get rid of the young guys they look good - its Julien and the old, slow , soft vets who gotta go.

You know what?

I take it back, CJ shouldn't change up the lines. Because when he does? It's as if he goes out of his way to make it worse.

It's not his system. It's how they're playing it... not winning battles, not playing physical, playing on eggshells b/c every mistake goes in the net.

Same old problems compounded by kids w/ fragile confidence.

Neely08 you might be right. But the guy has not the tool right now. Hope the Bruins will be capable of clutching the playoffs and hope they will be capable of adding some grit with DK and Chara back!

You can't just throw Chia under the bus.

Yes you can.

Just try. If you find it is difficult, go watch Seguin play in Dallas, or Kessel pot 2 last night.
Boychuck playing solid hockey in NYI.

It will get the juices flowing and you CAN find ways to throw him under..

Blasted Chiarelli. He cheated with the payroll for last year, and left us short this year. What kind of manager does that? You did that at your work you would get fired. So he should be fired! Bring back Sinden!

OMG what was Chiarelli doing with that facial hair? No one will love you looking like that!

3 year extension for claude? The only extension that should be handed out if for the bruins to get extensions on their ****ers, might help them grow a pair.

Of course then you can look at the photo of him holding a stanley cup, and realize that he had a hand in ending the pain of being a bruins fans from the shadows of hell.

If things continue this way for the rest of the season, purple patches followed by black holes, then Chia must decide whether to get in a position to draft well, or try to make the playoffs and make a move. Problem I keep coming up with is, their biggest, by a large margin, trade asset as of right now, is Carl Soderberg. That scares me, because firstly I don't want him to be shipped out and secondly he is the one who will most probably give us the biggest return. Shipping out prospects/vets isn't going to give us jack squat.

I know alot of people, myself included are screaming for heart, for a player to be emotionally involved in a game, throw the body, score goals etc. Who is available that can do that (realistically, I don't want to hear superstars like Symmonds etc thrown in because it will not happen), when I think of that all I keep coming up with is Big Buff, I think he'd take a step up if he was playing here, but I'd like to hear others, I know the trade talk is done to death but this team needs something, and if its lookning for heart then he shows plenty of it.

People were raving about how the Bruins were back in business after that winning streak. I guess the OT wins against noted powerhouses Florida and Buffalo don't mean much when you play against decent teams, eh?

There needs to be a shake up.

First game Weise plays Lucic since threat:
Weise boards Campbell

Weise runs Svedberg in the waning minutes of a blowout game

The whole point of the threat was that Lucic was PERSONALLY upset by Weise...it had nothing to do with the team.

Since Weise left Lucic alone, Lucic left Weise alone tonight.
