The goalie who was the one who initiates contact. Not sure how they overturn that, what a horrible call.
Again why?
Clear contact on the blue paint and the player is clearly on the blue paint
The goalie is in his crease, is he supposed to avoid players while in there? The goalie who was the one who initiates contact. Not sure how they overturn that, what a horrible call.
The US players didn’t really argue the no goal call. Usually when you feel you’ve been cheated you argue harder.
But that team was stacked though with firepowerThe 1992 team comes to mind, but yeah, they are epically bad.
That's what we used to call "home cooking". One of the worst calls I've seen in a while, and I'm even including the NHL in that statement. The goalie who was the one who initiates contact. Not sure how they overturn that, what a horrible call.
Milic was trying to slide his pad over to cover and it got stopped dead running into the player who was illegally in the crease. Doesn't matter that he initiated contact by trying to slide his pad over. the guy's skate was not supposed to be on the blue paint and it prevented Milic from completing the slideThe goalie who was the one who initiates contact. Well Roy scored, at least that was right.Roy scores in the second. Bedard as well. I will go with Hutson, Mcgroarty, Snuggerud or Boucher for the US.
3-3 after two periods. This will be a great one!
