Are players allowed in the crease or not?

If the goalie is out of position, I’m not sure why it’s the player’s fault to be in the correct position with the puck.

Players can't plant themselves in the crease and prevent a goalie from moving. That's common knowledge.

Contact was in the crease, you have to allow the goalie room to make a save. That’s what the crease is for.

You've seen them? Please point them out next time they are on the ice. I know its 2nd period/long change, but I've seen Ovi skate back harder into the play a few times than their d pairings.
